How do I get my Tickets, Gift and /or Loyalty Card if I purchased online.

After you complete your purchase, you'll see a confirmation page for methods to pick up your tickets. Depending on the theater and your device, you may print your tickets at home, pick up at the box office or kiosk with a valid credit card, or use a mobile ticket (if available at your theater).

Get your Gift and Loyalty Cards within 7-10 business days. Gift cards are setup within 3 days of purchase and shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Once setup, we will email you to let you know they are on their way. Gift and Loyalty Cards should arrive no later than 10 business days after they’ve been setup. Please note, Gift and Loyalty Cards may take longer to ship if there is a delivery delay concerning USPS.


Refund Cancellation Policy

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

In accordance with our Terms of Use. Platinum Cinema does not offer refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased on the Five-star-Cinema website or via our mobile site. In addition, tickets purchased through Platinum Cinemas may be subject to a per-ticket Admin Fee, which is non-refundable except in extraordinary circumstances where a theater was unable to honor your ticket(s) (i.e., if a showtime is cancelled, no seat was available in the theater, etc.). Before purchasing your tickets we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the movie or event that you wish to attend.

At the time of your order, Platinum Cinemas will place an order for your tickets in the theater's ticketing system, reducing the number of seats available for the chosen showtime. While this allows us to provide our customers with the clear benefit of guaranteed seats, it prevents Platinum Cinemas and our theater partners from reselling tickets in the event that you do not attend your chosen showtime.

If you cannot attend a show time for which you have purchased tickets, you may contact the theater directly to inquire about receiving a ticket for a future performance in exchange for the ticket(s) you purchased. There will be no cash refunds. We strongly recommend that you contact the theater's management prior to your showtime, as they generally may not issue refunds or provide exchanges after showtime. Any ticket exchange is at the discretion of theater management and can only be conducted at the theater. If a refund is available, management will only refund to you the ticket price. If you also wish to request a refund of our Admin Fee in extraordinary circumstances as described above, you should contact Platinum Cinema's customer service (otherwise, the Admin Fee is non-refundable, as stated above).
